Russia is Starving the Occupied Town of Oleshky🚨🚨🚨

Ukrainians trapped in the occupied Kherson region are desperately begging for help online.

Russian drones have remotely mined all access roads around several coastal villages and towns. These areas house Russian artillery, troop positions, and drone launch sites used to bombard the city of Kherson.

The occupiers are intentionally holding Ukrainian civilians hostage to use as human shields. They know that Ukrainian soldiers across the river will not strike areas where their own mothers, brothers, wives, and children are trapped.

Because Russian forces refuse to let civilians evacuate, starvation has set in.

Since December, the supply of food, humanitarian aid, and medicine has been severely restricted. Local hospitals are closed, and there has been no electricity for four years.

The region already suffered colossal destruction after the Kakhovka dam explosion in the summer of 2023. During the resulting floods, many residents lost their identification documents, making any attempt to leave even more difficult.

But the primary barrier remains the Russian military simply wont let people go. People are now dying of hunger. The last outside food delivery arrived in May 2026.

Over the summer, residents barely survived on what they could grow in their own gardens. As winter approaches, this crisis is turning into a complete catastrophe.

Locals who miraculously find an internet connection are pleading for global awareness on social media. They say that the harvest season is ending and they have already been forced to slaughter what little farm animals they had.
