@VinceRugari The connection cricket gets from big bash colours and team names being aligned to junior teams is huge.

It would be great esp in regional areas to have junior teams utilise the same name/colours as the pros. It builds a connection to their heroes.

0 or 1 x national + many club HP ie: AFL/NRL model
2 x national HP facilities ie: Matilda's + Arnie's

Surely, Matilda's is the national & focus should be on a min 1 HP facility in each state.

@simonhill1894 @Socceroos Agreed. Which sport has multiple national HP facilities? Football deserves HP funding, however I perceive other codes access at the club level not NSO. Cricket & Hockey have a national HP facility, but it is only 1 each - equivalent to what I understand the Matilda's home to be

Why allow players to wear similar coloured clothing. It's a bad viewer experience
