Service tech doesn’t show up for the first appointment, next appointment was a month out which was then auto-cancelled without notification the day before appt.
@Avis this is the second time in a row now where we’ve had t wait for over an hour to get the car we reserved. As a preferred plus customer, what is the point of the loyalty program if you can’t even get a car on time?
