The question Harrisburg residents will be whose plan is it? At the moment there is public comment from '17, we have a '17 draft from the City's own Planning Bureau, and we will have this 3rd one at the presentation... This started in '10 and still have a broken planning process.

With two Capital Police officers in the hospital and several patrol cars badly damaged by bricks, I am watching law enforcement repeatedly attempt to deescalate while allowing room for peaceful protest - Commissioner Carter has been out front & represents the best of #Harrisburg

@EricPapenfuse It was a peaceful protest. Until one of the Harrisburg officers decided to hold his hand on the trigger of his gun while we walked past. The same officer hid behind the riot police and mocked instigated violence. So until you start looking at your own officers DONT BLAME US!
