@GergelyOrosz My experience with these systems in enterprise is they work great until year three, when the SAAS charges by document, and the enterprise tries to control what gets out into individual documents, then you get back to the status quo

@mipsytipsy How many people replying to you these expected those hard conversations to be helpful, let alone mandatory is the part of the dataset you didn't expect, I suspect. A lot of orgs do not expect: I hate on RTO so much I'll leave as feedback... How much of that is by design?
