Guy Kiddey says he'll pull out: "unless the party retracts its implicit threat to candidates, drops its intended disciplinary proceedings against Mr Walker & apologises unreservedly. I doubt it will, in which case I too will stand down & resign my membership & I will vote Labour"
I see education like an escalator running alongside you throughout life, that you can get on and off whenever you want.
That's why I’d rather give a break to the worker who wants to learn, than a tax break to the billionaire who wants for nothing.
If you want to stop the polluters destroying our planet.
If you want to save our hospitals, schools and public services from cuts and privatisation.
If you want to live in a society that works for everyone, not just the billionaires, this is your chance to vote for it.
Corbyn comes through. Insists that no-deal is taken off the table before an election. Say what you like about him, sceptics. He’s just saved this country’s bacon.
@melaniekmelvin @Peston Oh, Peston and his colleagues and absolutely salivating about this. They get to report on some spicy coup news while democracy in this country falls apart around us.
Make no mistake, this is a very British coup. Whatever one’s views on Brexit, once you allow a Prime Minister to prevent the full and free operation of our democratic institutions you are on a very precarious path. https://t.co/9kwmw8i6E1
@pastorlocke@BernieSanders Yeah, and the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea is a thriving, modern country that stands as a beacon of freedom and democracy the world over!
@KieronRedman @OwenJones84 Come on, nobody from another party is going to outright say another leader is the best person for the job. Politics doesn't work like that. Even Sturgeon and Lucas are talking about 'options' and we both know they'll completely back Corbyn.
@OwenJones84 I mean, come on Owen. Who are we to disagree with the long term LibDem MP, Chuka Umuuna? He's lead Plaid Cymru diligently over the years and I'm sure he'll come back and win the green party another seat at the next general election. The Tories are lucky to have him.
@SFranchester @CarolineLucas@joswinson@LaylaMoran@LibDems Oh look, libdems more willing to prop up a right wing government and backtrack on their firm policies rather than work with the left.
What a surprise...
