@smerconish Using DNA kit of rape victims to identify criminals will reduce the # of women who report rape and potentially impacts disadvantaged women disproportionately. Rape is already handled unfairly by the justice system, putting the women, not the perpetrator, the criminal.

This is why one of the many reasons that Verizon's customer service is terrible. You have to gave a directory to even complain about them or get help!

@verizon why do you not want to talk to tour customers? Your IVR hangs up on customers! I spend more on your service than I do healthcare and you treat me poorly.

@VerizonSupport I needed help with Verizon Wireless. I am not receiving phone calls - the whole point of your service. This has been going on since October. I have called 4 times and it is still not fixed. And your IVR says I only have two options accept a call back or it hangs up on me.

@VerizonSupport Yes, I called and it says your are too busy and it forces me to accept a callback or get hung up on. I cannot get calls which is why I am calling. Your digital tech people sent me to the phone number.

@VerizonSupport Yes but your IVR keeps hanging up on me. It says I have to take a callback or it hangs up. I cannot receive calls. I tried to use the digital tech coach and they told me to call. Same thing happened. The IVR hung up on me.
