Aldershot Town are closing in on another addition, Jaiden Drakes-Thomas looks set to sign from Slough Town, following manager Scott Davies.

The former Colchester man got 10 G/A for Slough this season and is set to sign a 2 year deal.

Woking were interested too.

Aldershot Town are leading the way to sign former England U18 striker Tom King following his release from League Two Cheltenham Town.

Eastleigh have also shown interest in the frontman. Contract talks are expected to progress in the next week.

Southend have been in the National League for 5 years.

8 teams we played in NL had a season in the EFL since. They are 4 of the top 7 in League 2. One is 3rd in League 1. One is 7th in the Champ.

Even the other 2 are 8th and 10th in L2.
