@moen We are having some trouble installing your Retreat 24 inch towel bar. we tried to mount it where I had recently patched the wall and the mounting hardware has sunk into the wall, making installation of the rod impossible. is there any way we can get the plastic anchors out?

@SpiritAirlines Nk1482 has been delayed for THREE hours? I have to go to work at 6 am tomorrow and this has totally screwed me up. I will never, EVER fly Spirit again without some form of compensation.
