@ourplace An expensive, non stick pan degrading and becoming sticky after a year and half is not good. The fact your warranty is 1 year for pans bought before May 1st 2025 and 3 years for pans bought after clearly indicates a problem with those prior to May 1st 2025 @WhichUK
@British_Airways Hi, thanks for your response. However, I need this escalated please. We are thousands of dollars out of pocket, and missed several days of work due to BA’s issue. My emails take weeks to get a response and after 2 months have only been offered a quarter of our expenses back.
@British_Airways painful and disappointing experience regarding a claim caused by a BA issue. It’s been over 2 months and still no resolution. Moreover, an initial promise to reimburse all our expenses has turned into an offer of a quarter of the incurred costs. Unacceptable.
@British_Airways Thanks for the reply. However, this is not really acceptable. It has been over a month with no update and we are significantly out of pocket because of the extra expenses we had to bear. Please can you let us know when we can expect an update? @SimonCalder@WhichUK
@British_Airways I currently have an open claims case - there hasn’t been any progress in over a month and my emails go unanswered. How can I get an update please?
@deancain This isn’t entirely true Dean. Modern slavery historiography is pretty aligned on the fact that slavery which was justified and perpetuated by racism based on skin colour was a novel characteristic of slavery as it existed in the Americas from the 17th century.
@John_Pye picked up an order this week but a whole item was missing and parts of 3 other orders were missing meaning the items would be useless. Put a ticket in on Wednesday but no reply yet. Very concerned.
@DublinAirport 2 hour wait and a missed flight this morning. Overheard one staff member say “there’s not enough staff. How can we deliver full services with no staff?!”
