@AirIndiaX Thanks for adding insult to injury , bags were at the wrong belt , all pax were waiting at no 5, but bags came at 3 and after nearly a full hour of boarding this was identified , and staff at the baggage request area - Gloriously incompetent . 🙏🏼🙏🏼

@AirIndiaX I worked in an airline for 2 decades earlier , you can communicate , should not make fools of paying passengers , should at least make an effort to make them comfortable . Nothing . Customer service from hell .. come on .. kids elders , people with commitments , standing for hrs

1.@AirIndiaExpress What happened today at Cochin Airport was unacceptable. My flight I5 1360 (COK-BLR) scheduled for 09:30 was rescheduled to 1:45 PM. I wasn't notified properly—just a WhatsApp at 1 AM!
