Called to escalated and its been more than 54 hrs still they need more time for hearing 5 min call recording. Please help.

On your website and mobile application. While booking flight from Delhi to Bangalore. Adult fare price is 5240. Adult fare price with senior citizens concession is 6317.
So pay 1077 extra for taking senior citizen concession, What an irony.

@airindiain Yes I understand that, but these both prices were checked at exactly the same time.
Only difference was that i selected senior citizen concession and the price increased.
This maybe a software bug or you algorithm.
But clearly ticket price with senior citizan concession is more
