@XfinitySupport Oh I eventually got it done. But unlike an IVR I had to wait for the AI to finish its complete sentences every time before I could answer a question. If not it would threaten me with the $5 charge to talk to a person that I wasn’t even trying to transfer too. It took me 4 calls.

I have never been mad at @XfinitySupport @xfinity tell others they are just being dramatic & patience can go a long way. I had my WORST experience today trying to pay my bill w/an AI bot. I had to repeat multiple times & it kept telling me it was like $6 to talk to a real person
