Three months post-covid and my sense of smell still comes and goes. I’ve had a handful of days when the world smelled like I know it smells, when I could enjoy the damp of the earth and a fresh breeze. Toasted pecans at the market left me giddy.

I think there was actually a really good movie inside #HalloweenEnds. It could’ve been its own thing and been perfectly fine, maybe even great. It just wasn’t a Halloween.

So I’m left feeling doubly disappointed.
