At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Russians presented several options for the development of events for the country:

📍Among them is the creation of a fully controlled buffer state on the territory of Ukraine, the occupation of all of Ukraine or the formation of a new East Slavic state.
📍Scenarios of the collapse of the EU and Russia's emergence as one of the world's leaders in the security sector by 2050 are also considered.
📍Options of defeat in the war by 2036 and further colonization of Russia are separately mentioned.

De keuze voor Europa is simpel: Oekraïne voldoende steunen zodat Russische expansie faalt, of later een veel hogere prijs betalen wanneer Moskou concludeert dat agressie werkt. Geschiedenis leert dat imperialistische ambities niet verdwijnen door concessies.
