@British_Airways arrived in Dublin 21st. Bag was not delivered. Found by 8am the next morning but still don’t have the bag delivered to me we even offered to come and collect it. My 20month old & I no sleep suit, no clothes. Constantly told it’ll come today. Ruined Christmas

Very disappointed with the appalling, non existent customer service from @Yale_Support @YaleSecurity. Issues raised called promised. They don’t care once you’ve spent money to buy their product. Caution advised if you have issues they don’t care! Bad service!

@pizzahutuk and @pizzahutdeliver extremely disappointed with East Sheen store. Website said 35-45 mins. 75mins later! Called the store phone put down on me saying nothing could be done and no manager. I could have ordered elsewhere and had my pizza on time. Very very poor service
