Absolutely NOTHING about those "broken promises" that "stop here," it turns out.

@Verizon has the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. @VerizonSupport completely MAKES CRAP UP to appease you, strings you along for weeks with promises they don't intend to keep, and then absolves themselves by claiming "mistakes" of "poorly trained" but "well-meaning" agents.

We never had problems like this when we were with Lumos. Nor Lumos' predecessor, Northstate.
