Yesterday I successfully defended my dissertation assessing the role of IL-27 in early-life and its impacts on responses following BCG vaccination and MTB infection. It's been a long journey and it is so strange how fast and sudden this day seemed.
But, onto the next adventure.

@KseniiaSarieva But after we do further downstream isolations for specific cells, the red goes away and it does not seem to affect anything else. You can always try a quick RBC lysis of the PBMCs if you want to get rid of those and see if that helps!
@KseniiaSarieva Hello! Thank you for asking! We do sometimes get this, and the higher the volume of blood we start with, it seems like the more red we get. This could be that there are some RBC that somehow get through to that top layer (though I'm not sure how)
