@drippner @mikebadz7 @advlightsource @OrsDragonfly3D That sounds great! I am collaboration doing something similar for fuel cells. Certainly fully convolutional, just curious about the architecture I guess something like a unet then. Collab is a great idea! Love that platform

@drippner @mikebadz7 @advlightsource @OrsDragonfly3D What model did you use @drippner ? If it was just U-net with 2D input that is the cause. I found other models like Sensor3D gives a better result in comparison. Since you have this seg. now you could also try a fully 3D conv model without too much effort to make the training data
