@SouthwestAir still stuck at the airport and now out of pocket for a hotel with no luggage and no idea when we will get it. It’s in the 20s out and we have no jackets or medications Called to speak with an agent and the wait was over 120 mins.

@RonPopeMusic @Delta Better than my experience with @SouthwestAir. Called me at 4pm on a workday. Left a msg saying my flight to Cancun was changed, and to call back. Called at 8pm… they cancelled my res because they didn’t talk to me live. Need to rebook. Different airports now. Out MHT. In BOS.

@SouthwestAir Checked into my flight on time yesterday. Last night my 5 am flight was canceled. Now having issues getting home. Some people can’t fly a day or 2 later or pay 1000 to fly home on another carrier.
