Don't limit what you try as a manager based on what others are doing. Whyever do we continue to limit our own growth to greatness as managers by comparing ourselves to thousands of others whom we all generally agree aren't very good at what they're doing?

@mahorstman Truth! I’m recording a video update weekly and hosting a monthly virtual lunch to keep each of my 5 teams informed abt each other’s progress. Also attending each of my directs’ weekly mtgs with their staff, holding a weekly “temperature check” with my directs, happy hours, etc.
