Best part of our @SydneyHEMS medical education day today? When our current registrars (started 6m ago) shared with our new registrars their reflections on some of their early aeromedical missions. Goodness me, we employ the right people. #Culture#Reflection#MedicalEducation

About 6 months ago we were tasked to a 4 yr old who had drowned in a pool
He was underwater on CCTV for 8mins. When he was pulled out he had high quality CPR first by police and then by ambulance.
He was intubated and had return of circulation after 10 mins.
