@TLRailUK and their CONSTANT train cancellations have made me late for work, struggled to get home, & forced to cancel plans. You are the worst train company. Raising prices but zero improvements to the service?? I wish I was exaggerating when I say that the problems are daily!
@TLRailUK if I dont have a TFL account, and I've used contact less, how do I do a delay repay when it asked for a screen shot from from my TFL account?

@TLRailUK why is it impossible to get any decent correspondence with your customer service team? Im waiting on two issues to be resolved and have been waiting for weeks!
@TLRailUK Come on, seriously? This can't keep happening, you have to start putting the money into making this service run on time. It's diabolical how this service is run. Please, please for the love of god work on the infrastructure. It's constant issues!
