@British_Airways shocking service for my mum and sons who were stranded in Montreal last night. 1 of 3 luggage returned when flight cancelled - and by the time they got back to customer service - all staff gone home! No hotel no communication. Glad we paid for business class 😡

And no phone number to call that would connect! Always liked booking BA but think I may rethink this - as will she! Oh well it’s only about 10 times per year we use them - guess that’s not a lot for them to care 🤷🏼‍♂️
