Good day to share https://t.co/JIlB5QOF2h — it tells you which Star Wars planet your local weather feels like today.
Original credit to Tom Scott, who built one years ago that I loved. When it went offline I rebuilt my own version as homage.
A NASA moon mission launched for the first time in my lifetime yesterday so naturally I stayed up & built the whole SLS rocket in CSS.
All CSS Art - no img, SVG or JS. Just one <div>, a few keyframe animations, an unreasonable number of linear-gradients.

Happy April Fools’ Day!
A symbol of foolishness I’ve been weaving into branding for the past 20 years — the jester cap — now reimagined as a single-div CSS art piece.

The modern symbol of St. Patrick's Day!
It's been a minute since I made a single-div CSS art pieces. But, with so much of my work now sending the code off to AI to assemble, it's a joy to return to crafting CSS Art by hand on @codepen.

Weekend project:
Rebuilt Rockville HS Mulch Sale site within @Square . Oddly proud of how much better an online mulch checkout process can be made to become.

My absolute #1 favorite use of AI has been writing the Git commit messages when I commit code! I had no idea I was overthinking this to the point of loathing to do so. Such a simple ask of AI is now for me such a massive time-saver? It's been game-changing for my workflow.
