Just showing up
When I uploaded my first video, I had no plan, no fancy camera, no clue
Just got fired from my retail job
Nothing to lose
Fast forward: 64M views later, here’s what I learned👇
1️⃣ Authenticity > Everything
When I started, my videos sucked
Bad lighting, basic edits, stumbles
But it was REAL. People connect with real.
Stop chasing perfection, start showing YOU.
2️⃣ Consistency Builds Trust
You don’t need hacks; you need discipline
Show up every week—even when views are low and it feels pointless
Trust is earned, not bought.
3️⃣ Serve First, Sell Later
Every upload was about helping people, not selling to them
Provide value and opportunities will find you
Desperation doesn’t sell → solutions do
64M views didn’t happen because of luck
It happened because I stayed in the game longer than everyone else
Time in the market
If you’re waiting for inspiration, you’ll never start
If you’re chasing hacks, you’ll never last.
Show up. That’s it.
The term bro science typically comes from anecdotal evidence and I do my best to avoid relying on it
“Works for me bro”
But when it comes to peptides the anecdotal evidence is becoming too much to ignore
Yep newbies will do the same when they start taking a supplement too
But there are now so many advanced trainees who are super analytical, accurate and honest with themselves who won’t change anything in their routine, add in a peptide, and be able to quantify a difference (myself included)
Mykonos guide from someone who’s done the island properly and been there multiple times
It’s a small island and pretty easy to cover
Mykonos is best when you take it slow
Beach clubs:
Scorpios for sunset
Nammos for lunch and people watching
SantAnna for groups, livelier vibe, similar to Naô Pool Club in Marbella
Alemagou if you want something that feels a little less polished and out of the way
Book ahead, I’ve just been in May and everywhere was full
Restaurants:
Zuma
Kiki’s
Spilia
Interni
180 degree sunset bar
There’s so many restaurants dotted around the town, the food quality and standard of restaurants is very high, can have a great meal anywhere for any price (tips cap to Souvlaki Story)
Accommodation:
Charisma Suites
Cavo Tagoo
Myconian Collection
Or Airbnb a villa
If you stay in the town or near it it’s great and you’ll walk more, but if not it’s usually an 8 min taxi into town
And that taxi is gonna be €25 each way
And on that note, get palsy with a transfer service and they will serve you well, I used once called Hermes Tourist Agency on this trip
Activities:
Mainly go with the flow
Little Venice
Scorpios at sunset
ATVs around the island
Sea swimming
Linen shirt shopping
The island does most of the work for you
One thing 100% worth organising is a boat day, one of the best days I’ve had, doesn’t even need to be fully private, I’ve actually had a better time doing semi private on a catamaran, always meet interesting ppl
Gyms / wellness:
Gym scene is okay, pump gym in the town or Bodywork’s Gym are your options for lifting
Mykonos Performance also very cool too
Eating well is easy, good options everywhere, meat and greeksaladmaxx
A few things worth knowing:
Pack light
Prepare to spend
Dinner starts late
The day starts late
Nobody is in a rush
The best day in Mykonos usually looks something like this:
Iced coffee
Gym
Beach
Long lunch
Pool
Sunset
Dinner
A few drinks
Repeat
It’s expensive
It’s busy
But lives up to the hype
