@RicoHop @PostNL Na veel bellen, zeuren en het uitgevoerde onderzoek door @PostNL , hebben ze gisteren toegezegd dat ze een fout hebben gemaakt in de bezorging. Het pakket gaat opgehaald worden op het adres waar het verkeerd bezorgd is en wordt (hopelijk) alsnog (juist) bezorgd.

Te bizar voor woorden dit.. Een pakketje is door @PostNL verkeerd bezorgd. Nu verwijten jullie ons dat wij deze verkeerd geadresseerd hebben. Terwijl het bonnetje met de track&trace, WEL de juiste postcode bevat! Iemand van @PostNL die dit wel fatsoenlijk kan oplossen!? 1/2

I'm trying to redeem an OnePlus offer for Google One, but that's not working. I contacted both their support desks. And guess what; both companies are referring to each other for help..
