@SleepNumberHelp Yep, tried calling twice. First time got someone who couldn't get computer to work. Second time was on hold for a long time, then they couldn't figure out who to ask. Both insisted on me needing to have my customer number. Was hoping for just a short answer to an easy question.

@sallyt I heard that high pitched sound when my wife and I checked into the hospital for the birth of our son, and the doctor mentioned that she was high risk due to "advanced maternal age." I'm pretty sure the doctor fully recovered.
