The children had a wonderful visit from @RovingBookshop yesterday. All of the children were able to browse the shelves and many children chose a brand new book, just for them! The children also raised enough money to buy some new books for our school library. @Discoverytrust

When I began teaching, the concept of teaching children how to comprehend totally blew my mind. For years I struggled to find a cohesive approach that would develop deep and critical thinking. Talk for Reading was the lightbulb moment for me and totally transformed reading.
