@andrewglynch Thanks for this, really insightful post. We started with EOS and still follow some of the key elements, but we have also developed some of our own framework too. It's still a work in progress but it takes the EOS and blends it with a layer of agile methodology. Working well.
@girdley As a manufacturer first and foremost, Tachii Ohno's Toyota Production System was excellent. Also, how to win friends and influence people... but that goes without saying at this point.
@andrewglynch I'm getting through 2-3 books a month at the moment and my 'to read' list is still getting longer. Already flagged a few for a reread though.
@cjgustafson Audiobooks, while commuting to/from work, get you through an awful lot of books. My commute is only between 15 - 30 mins each way. Then, some bedtime reading (usually 2 books on the go at once, though I won't claim I stick to the bedtime reading as much as I should!)
@andrewglynch@IanBarkerBFY And what about getting the average employee to understand how to prompt AI effectively. I am pretty good at Excel, but I got what I expext would have been 20-30 minutes of formula written in <5mins with ChatGPT last week. Will be asking my team to play with/learn it this QTR.
@andrewglynch I'm going later this week. Only heard good things, fresh of the back of reading Shoe Dog (not knowing this movie was coming out), its release has lined up perfectly!

@andrewglynch I've just recently finished good/bad. Enjoyed it. Currently on 'The Culture Code'. Then maybe 'Pour your heart in to it' or the zappos book. Have you read either?
