@MartinSLewis A friend asked to borrow some money, had it a few years, I then fell on tricky times myself so asked for it back and they never spoke to me again. Nothing formal in place
@SkyHelpTeam so you pricks just put out some generic tweets, ignore everything then don’t tell customers how to fix it. haven’t got the bollocks to acknowledge they fucked it help out their customers. I don’t think many are going to forget this when it comes to buying anything
@MartinSLewis there is currently a huge consumer rights issue materialising with sky glass customers who have been sold a product not fit for purpose. Any chance you can offer us some advice as we are being ignored by sky?
@allenjo1@SkyHelpIreland You’re still in the return window, return the sky glass. No one who owns one has a good word to say about it. I own one, it’s the worst product I ever bought. The longer you have it the less it will work. You will even have to pay for the soundbar to work properly! Return it!!!!
@SkyHelpTeam just wondering how it is possible that there is an issue meaning my sky glass won't even turn on meaning I can't even watch apps which I pay for?! How will you be compensating us all for this mess?!

@monkeygirl25@SkyHelpTeam If you’re still in the window to return it then 100% return and get out of the contract. Go and buy a Sony tv for £100 less, it will be the best decision you make. Sky glass has been the worst decision I’ve made for a long long time
@SkyHelpTeam Wouldn’t be too bad if the other inputs worked. Just because there’s a problem with Sky we should still be able to access the antenna or Firestick etc. Our TVs have now become an expensive brick.

@SkyHelpTeam 5 hours mine has been like this. Dont worry about the inconvenience I don’t mind paying £80+ a month to watch a blank screen. Cant wait to see what compensation we definitely all will get
