@RodDMartin Just a reminder that it takes 2-10 years to build a warship. Kier Starmer has been in power for 1 year and 9 months. He could not have changed the outcome even if he wanted to. Blame his predecessors.
@AlecLace Just a reminder that the American government, beloved by Evangelical Christians, just went to Iran and bombed children in their own schools... Threatening to bomb the country "back to the Stone Age". We'll only find peace when we put the war-mongers in their place.
@Liz_Wheeler Look at the people American Christians killed in Iran or all of the Palestinians killed by Israel in the name of Zionism. I'm not denying that some Muslims commit atrocities, I'm saying that's the human condition unfortunately. Peace only comes from understanding.
@AllisonPearson We're not idiots. The government doesn't own it's own drilling platforms or refineries. Permission to extract more oil from the North Sea simply gives private companies access to more wealth as they sell our oil on the global market and British people get shafted once more.
@Coinvo America is like a tantrumming toddler at the moment. Let them take THEMSELVES to their room and take their toys with them. They can come back when they realise how ridiculous they are being.
@SonofManwithus The only thing required for people to get along is for them to apply their beliefs to THEMSELVES and NOT try to impose those beliefs on others that don't share them. (That goes for political opinions as well as religion.) We'll only have peace when we find common ground.
@TRobinsonNewEra Christianity is not a convenient cloak for you to wear to justify your anti-Muslim hate. You are the opposite of what Christianity stands for.
@EricLDaugh Are we still listening to that senile old man? He changes his tune on an hourly basis and has plunged the world into chaos due to his intransigence. The best thing Britain can do it ignore everything he says.
@DavidJHarrisJr It's very easy for people of all religions (as well as non-religious people) to live in harmony on this planet... Simply apply your beliefs to your own life, but do not attempt to impose your beliefs on those who don't share them. (A lesson for us all.) ❤️
@LubetkinWill@JohnCleese Democracy is MAJORITY rule, the exact opposite of the analogy you make to economics. It's all very well to "charm" a certain demographic but if that drives former supporters to parties like Reform, it would be a detrimental strategy. Instead of a plan, it's just decency.
@SimonDanczuk At this point, with the American empire becoming a crumbling irrelevance and Russia/China/Iran etc. vying to take it's place, we can either help Europe become it's own power or we can consign ourselves to being a friendless little island with no defences and no resources.
@RetroMoviesDB Speaking as someone who has been around a long time, it's impossible to choose ONE. There have been many different eras of Superman and these actors have often represented the best of Superman of that era. Props to them all (except perhaps Nicholas Cage.)
@reece_dinsdale They should let the Trumps arrive at the airport, only to find no one there... No red carpet, nobody to greet them and a refusal to let them into the country because of their social media history of criticising the UK.
@Jenny_1884 Nope. If Starmer wanted to involve us in a war, he had a golden opportunity to do so and didn't do it. You're talking about something very likely to happen in America though.
@davidvance AMERICA should be kicked out of NATO. There are 31 other member countries who are in agreement with each our. The U.S. is the rogue outlier right now.
