Starting from scratch, #AlphaTensor gradually improves from finding the “class-room” algorithm to discovering historical algorithms such as Strassen’s - eventually surpassing them. This work is an example of how AI can advance the field of algorithmic discovery. 2/
The Tripitaka Koreana - carved on 81258 woodblocks in the 13th century - is the most successful large data transfer over time yet achieved by humankind. 52 million characters of information, transmitted over nearly 8 centuries with zero data loss - an unequalled achievement. 1/
Let's warm up with a mildly surprising fact: Superposition is a *phase* separated by a discontinuous change in importance-sparsity space.
It's also a *per-feature phase change* rather than model level phase change. https://t.co/31ZFj9aI65
Excited to announce that Collager is available today in Artbreeder💥
Compose a collage from shapes and images, then add a prompt to render it with #StableDiffusion. And since it’s Artbreeder, everything is sharable and remixable.
Try it now at https://t.co/n1L05bjGNO👀
It misses for some prompts. I've tried "stereoscopic image" and "stereoscopic photo" with varying success depending on the prompt. There are other prompts that might work too.
We’ve acquired the MuJoCo physics simulator (https://t.co/knwXLZMr4L) and are making it free for all, to support research everywhere. MuJoCo is a fast, powerful, easy-to-use, and soon to be open-source simulation tool, designed for robotics research: https://t.co/Of3Q1W2GIR
