Our friend & @Harvard classmate Bakhtiyar Hajiyev has been unjustly imprisoned AGAIN by government of Azerbaijan. He's on Day 40 of hunger strike, and near death. Both the EU & US @StateDept are calling for his release. @presidentaz: Release Bakhtiyar immediately! #FreeBakhtiyar

Powerful moment @Harvard. @AjakPeter can't attend class reunion: he's unjustly jailed in @RepSouthSudan since 2018. Profs. @wendyrsherman, @RNicholasBurns asked @Kennedy_School alums to stand, in moment of solidarity with Peter. #FreePeterBiar #HKSAlumni

Great to be at @Harvard @Kennedy_School for our class reunion! But we miss our friend and classmate @AjakPeter who has been unjustly jailed since 2018 in @RepSouthSudan #FreePeterBiar
