This is why it’s not a good idea. It’s gonna lead to so much of this delaying bullshit. as CP pointed out the medalist already get a bye into final X too. The point I was making is bjj is just one aspect of mma/ fighting and striking / wrestling are not really a factor in bjj. Doesn’t take anything away from bjj tho, it’s an art and a sport and I certainly wouldn’t wana get into a fight with a skilled grappler

bro bjj is not fighting. its a specific sport where you never take a punch, strike, kick, etc. & 5 years of training can mean literally nothing if ur rolling with scrubs or taking months off in between(not saying thats u). post some clips of you submitting some worthy bjj opps in competition. if u dont even compete regularly, you are fucked in a street fight against someone who can box & wrestle
