It's fascinating to me that superheroes actually *saving people* has basically just stopped being a thing. Most superhero movies these days are about some greater-scope threat to the whole world/universe. Gone are the days of superheroes saving random civilians from being mugged.
Woman being called "weak" for showing vulnerability. Being called badly written for being air headed and unserious sometimes.
She's such a beautiful character :(
Illuga in his cafe outfit and Flins being so Affected by his exposed legs that he has to pull his young master aside where they won't be seen and do unspeakable things to him 😇
nothing in pokemon has ever made me feel more important than an entire evil organisation recognising me on sight and being visibly upset that ive arrived
It’s only hitting me now that Club Chaos is absolutely another attempt at bringing counter-culture and edge back to Sonic.
This is an 18+ event with official Sonic cocktails, there’s live performances of music with explicit lyrics. You’d never see Nintendo do this with Mario.
one of the things i thought was so interesting in the novel was how everyone had a story about carrie judging them or doing some weird religious fanatic shit at school or around other kids.
she was weird! she did and said hurtful things! she didn't know how to be around people!
