Married, three daughters, accountant, catholic, love walking, writing, sun seeking and painting with a few beers and keen to big up the City of Bradford!
A view of the Irish Sea from Cleveleys which I photographed today. A day of remembrance and gratitude for Diana , Princess of Wales who died 28 years ago so tragically.
City of Bradford, City of Culture 2025 is looking fantastic - let's visit the city and enjoy its beautiful buildings and pedestrian open spaces and amazing diverse community.
I visited the house of Anne Frank in Amsterdam last year. I offer my heartfelt sorrow for the Jews who died in the holocaust or have lived with its awful memories for 80 years. I commend the visit and commemoration given by King Charles III at Auschwitz today.
My thoughts and prayers are with Simon Boas as he enters the last days of his life. He has spoken so remarkably about how his terminal cancer diagnosis has opened up this time in his life for joy and appreciation.
The empty promenade at Torremolinos gives you a chance to marvel at its workmanship and to say to those who laboured for its construction - thank you!.
@MatthewPerry rest in peace, Matthew - you're comic brilliance, will live on in our hearts forever. Thank you for bringing yourself so honestly into the iconic character of Chandler Bing in Friends.
@CardinalNichols I was delighted to see our Catholic Hierarchy lead by Your Eminence at the Coronation. It was important to have had our faith represented at this moment of national importance. God Bless You.
God Bless HM King Charles III and HM Queen Camilla on their Coronation Day. The moment for me was the kiss on the King's cheek from his son and heir The Prince of Wales.
I was in Hyde Park, London for the Exposition of The Blessed Sacrament during the visit to the UK of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI - Heart Speaks Unto Heart - He was our German Shepherd and in the wonderful silence, in his presence his heart spoke to mine. May He Rest In Peace.
I visited Bradford Cathedral on Monday evening for a wonderful Carol Service. I so proud that this beautiful space is available to those of all faiths and none at the heart of our city.
It's Boris or bust. He appeals to working class voters in the North, he steered us through Brexit and the Coronavirus pandemic almost dying in the process and he will steer us out of this cost of living crisis whilst being the first ally of President Zelensky of Heroic Ukraine 🇺🇦
Creeslough, Donegal - your community is in my heart as you come to terms with your loss. May the healing hands of friendship and solidarity and faith sustain you in these sad days.
The relics of St. Bernadette of Lourdes are in the UK for the first time. It was a lovely moment to stand before this French Saint this evening at #LeedsCathedral and to pray for those of my acquaintance who are sick of mind, heart and body at this time.
