@boston_drives@farzyness The Envious still wouldn't deserve or be entitled to his money even if he was blowing it on himself. Nothing entitles them to it. But definitely good that he isn't behaving like a sports rookie for sure
@brownlynne@lightbored Correct. I’ve seen this in my market in the past. Not sure if it was uber or Lyft. I think it was uber. Make a certain amount of money and get a certain amount as a bonus. Haven’t seen it in at least a year.
@boston_drives@ewarren@elonmusk Imagine watching someone create wealth through innovation, and in the process employing and enriching thousands of others, only to think, "oh no that wealth should go to me so l can decide who deserves it more". Envy is gross, especially from those became rich through politics.
@gigwithit@boston_drives This one. It’s been magic. I’ve patched so many tires. All of them on my model Y. Earlier today my brother and I were trying to theorize about why Tesla tires attract nails so easily. No consensus yet lol.
@gigwithit@boston_drives Got a patch kit. recently replaced all my tires. Before, I patched 3 tires myself. No issues until getting new ones for inspection. Right after new tires I got another nail which I just got patched yesterday. Not dealing with new tires anytime this happens, so patch kit it is.
@boston_drives Sorry man. Mine was punctured last week. Slow leak. No one would fix it unless I got another new tire. All of them are new. I was like nah and got it patched at a place that does this. Worst case scenario I would have done it myself had they said no.
I hate this company man. The fact that they don’t even tell you who it is and yet they ask you to submit files and evidence. Thankfully I know who it is because I have only done two deliveries today. She is now on my do-not-deliver list.
@boston_drives Yup. The threat to deactivate leaves a very unsettling feeling in me. And it’s because of what you just said. Anyone can just report you and part of your livelihood is immediately threatened. Uber needs to do away with “meet at door” nonsense. Never necessary.
@brownlynne Yes. Correct. But I think this person is actually reporting for not delivering at all. It’s insane that people do that. I took a picture even though the customer selected “meet at door” so a picture won’t be required. I sent uber the picture. Very frustrating.
