We had a nice afternoon at CNPs Walk and Talk event to mark World Suicide Prevention Day (10th September) Plenty of steps in and some craic with a great bunch of young people. Remember it's good to talk!

Fun Friday at Sally Gardens - our walking group were able to enjoy the sunshine.
We delivered our weekly lunches to residents in the Colin area and were able to catch up with them and chat about their week.
Our BYF participants are continuing to learn about electrics.
