Yet again the community has stepped in for a solution!Pokemon Open Home offers an offline method to transfer pokemon forward after the closure of pokemon home!
They do post a disclaimer not to use any pokemon transferred via this method in competitive play as they make be considered illegal but it's the best answer we have for casual play and collectors!
