๐ค Applications Are Open โ Robotics Dojo Attachment Program 2026!
If you're a university student with a passion for robotics and a hunger to build real-world skills, ๐ Apply here: https://t.co/brR4cbvaIX
๐๏ธ Program Dates: June 15 โ September 4, 2026 (12 weeks)
5/ Nathan's biggest challenges? Sensor noise, wheel slip, ROS debugging, and system integration. His solution: test one module at a time, simulate before building, and stay patient.
6/ His final message: "Robotics is a journey. Anyone can start. Consistency beats talent."
๐งต E-Tech presents the Dust Zero Vacuuming Robot at Robotics Dojo Cafรฉ ๐ค
1/ Nathan started his robotics journey in June 2023 with an Arduino Mega and pure curiosity โ no ROS, no Linux. Fast forward to 2025: he's built Dust Zero, an autonomous cleaning robot with integrated AI
4/ Beyond cleaning, Dust Zero responds to voice commands via a microphone + ESP32 + Gemini AI pipeline. Ask it to start, stop, or even sing a song โ it listens and responds in real voice.
Join us for an exciting session with Nathan Kingori as he shares the journey of building an autonomous cleaning robot ๐ค

This Kenyan-built robotic arm is opening new possibilities for teaching deaf students. Paired with a sensor-fitted suit, the device converts spoken words into gestures
Last Friday, Lenny Ng'ang'a led the #RoboticsDojoCafe on the KUKA manipulator.
Topics covered included:
1. Introduction to robotics
2. Introduction to @kuka Robots
3. Introduction to the KUKA KR6 R900-2 Robot Arm
4. Programming the Robot Arm

๐ค Official Recap of Robotics Dojo 2025 Competition! ๐ค
Theme: Autonomous Mobile Robot for Sustainable Agriculture ๐ฝ
We worked with 11 student teams across 4 universities
- @DiscoverJKUAT (JKUAT) - 8 teams
- @uonbi (UoN) - 1 team
- @DeKUTkenya (DeKUT) - 1 team

And of course, the robots had to perform all these tasks #autonomously and within 5 minutes!! ๐ฎThis was quite the challenge, and we were surprised by the teams' dedication and brilliant solutions to this year's challenge.
