Zero and negative rates are a centrifugal force that will drag everyone, including the Fed lower

Perhaps one of our most non consensus views is that we’ll see zero rates everywhere quicker than many think

Indeed, there’s a lazy consensus now that we will NEVER go back to that world

Yet in a disinflationary world driven by debt, demographics and tech, with AI accelerating the disinflationary trend, zero rates will be needed to offset the “real debt burden” which inflation otherwise helps to reduce

The challenge to that view is the fact that the US continues to run war time level deficits

Yet that will necessitate lower real yields to keep a cap on the interest burden

All of Keynsian Economics is complete and utter BS.

- There is no reason we should have 2% inflation
- 36 Trillion dollar debt load at 120% of GDP is insane.

- The average person is getting progressively poorer
