There's a pretty golden opportunity for Dems being targeted by anti-transgender ads to point out they're being paid for by the same guy who wants to put a gas-powered data center in your backyard. Of course he wants you focused on the wrong 1%
This should make America’s blood boil. Trump is engaged in a coverup to protect Putin. It is ridiculous. We all see it. He denies it. We cannot win with this guy as President. He’s Iran’s greatest weapon.
The Colorado River crisis will be a defining moment in US history. The river supplies 40 million people; Mead and Powell, two of the nation’s largest reservoirs, are at record lows.
Filling them near full would take ~8 consecutive very wet winters, a statistical impossibility.
Her arrest brought down an entire police department. The Trinidad Police Department was forced to shut down following a state investigation into the wrongful arrest of a local journalist & activist who complained about the filthy brown water coming out of her town's taps. Status Coup's Phillip Hawkins breaks it all down.
NYPD cops roughed up a civilian for *standing on the sidewalk* in a spot where NYPD Sgt. William McKnight (badge #: 3576) wanted to *illegally park his car.*
And NYPD leader Jessica Tisch & Deputy Chief Michael Baker say that *the civilian* is the one who acted "unlawfully"!
Update: DOJ just confirmed what the whistleblower said.
In a Monday filing to the federal judge overseeing the case, DOJ admitted DHS "reactivated" its data link to the Social Security Administration and used that SSA data to help hunt for supposed voter fraud. That's not a minor detail — it's the exact mechanism the whistleblower described: agents using personal data, including Social Security numbers, to get into state voter portals that explicitly restrict access to the individual voter looking up their own record.
Here's the part DOJ is hoping gets glossed over: this is the same DHS-SSA data link a federal judge already ruled illegal.
Back in June, Judge Sooknanan barred DHS from using that pipeline to mass-check citizenship, finding it violated the Social Security Act, the Privacy Act, and federal administrative law. The link was shut off after that ruling. DOJ just admitted they turned it back on to run these new searches, then argued in the same filing that this doesn't count as violating the order because it's technically a different use of the same illegal pipeline.
This is happening while DOJ is asking the Supreme Court to let them use this system anyway, weeks before the midterms.
League of Women Voters' CEO called the underlying whistleblower allegations "a five-alarm fire for American democracy."
She's not wrong.
This is one of those issues that shows how much political discourse is controlled by conservatives because there is really no good argument for why hundreds of thousands of American citizens shouldn't have any political representation except "they probably wouldn't vote for GOP."
“Who’s a good boy?!”
Hackers just dumped the contents of a Flock camera.
They found:
🔴Software explicitly detecting people, not just plates
🔴1.6 million images logged in 21 days
🔴Key to decrypt files stored on the device itself.
Finds directly contradict Flock, which claims someone with physical access can't access images.
Making it worse,@GainSec warned about the physical access issue more than a year ago & Flock downplayed it.
And yeah, the Flock camera logged “Who’s a good boy?!” about every 2 minutes, all while plagued with errors, crashes & reboots.

ICE violently detain U.S. citizen—for filming on public sidewalk.
Lock her in jail over 7 hours—then swab her cheeks to collect DNA.
2 agents drag her off the sidewalk & slam her up against their vehicle.
Reason for arrest was "impeding"—but video clearly shows her backing up on the sidewalk and not in the street.
Apparently agents got upset because she called them names—and they wanted to prove their toughness.
Incident occurred near the El Super grocery store in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego, California.
Mea Marie doesn't have an active account on this platform—so posting first full length and credited video here to help raise awareness.
This is how US citizens and their noncitizen spouses and parents get treated daily in this country. There is no reason to do this. Listen to the terror when she thinks they are going to kill him. This campaign isn't "for Americans." It's a war on Americans.
This is APPALLING. The Trump administration is detaining random Somali immigrants with no criminal record at Guantanamo Bay, seemingly because the White House ordered ICE specifically to detain Somalis at Gitmo as part of its effort to punish an ethnic group Trump has attacked.
This is insane. DOJ officials who by law are required to exercise independent judgment appear to have been ordered to overturn torture protections granted to a political opponent of a Trump ally, with the deportation flight fueled up and ready for their preordained decision.
LA could turn the city into a forest, drop temps, save water (which they desperately need) and become fire resistant by planting Coast Live Oaks, Manzanitas, native willows, Valley Oaks, Mandrones, Toyons, etc.
Ditch the palms. The aesthetics of the 50's is killing the city.
