If that changes later the mechanisms are there to work it out outside of court. I’ve already paid off a ex wife ( < 100k), and ex common law wife (250k) it’s not new to me. 🤷‍♂️🤣

Retirement 50/50, inheritance not commingled, trust assets only if she has a materially provable impact in earning them (she doesn’t). If divorce I write her a check for a few hundred k. 🤷‍♂️

TRUST INCOME used for benefit of marriage and children. INHERITANCE does not become marital assets. Then agree to Arbitration over litigation…
