@JJJTTTDDD3 I would have for no other reason than to have a machine that can play the latest blu-ray disc tech (e.g. 8K), while also having the ability to play the latest games if I wanted to. However, without that first part, I'm finding reallly hard to justify the second part.
@Spudinski_art I say this all the time. Pre-/pol/ restoration, any board outside of /b/ was actually enjoyable to spend time around. The amount of things born from /x/ that are still talked about today is staggering. It's sad that we now know why it all went to shit, and it was fucking Epstein.
@AkebiAkira@kgfch2waiting@Zarathos88@pushsquare The story literally changes in subsequent playthroughs. In the 2nd run, like 90% of the cut scenes are different and to collect all the lore requires a 2nd and 3rd playthrough which drastically alters the context of many characters; namely Shu, Rinko and Sakuko.
@instant_onion@croissanthology@HansiSidhe FWIW, I just bought the rail service keycaps at AX and I already love them, and am hoping with fingers crossed for a full Yamanote line keycap set. (I need trains at home and at work lol)
@nameoftheyear@Unnamedhero3@PaperJoey90@baninabear My conspiracy is that because it was owned by a bunch of venture capitalists, they saw COVID coming and decided to preemptively shut it down to avoid losses.
@upstatefederlst Our news is conglomerated by a handful of corporations. It is no longer free and independent and now answers at the behest if corporate interest.

@Karmir_Kovkas I'd like a more direct line from DTLA to south bay. I had to commute to and from El Segundo for two months, and the transfer delays (especially if the first leg was running late) were adding up my commute time and lowering my sanity.
@isykby@IceLordUlmo@Jeremy_Peeples@thechosenberg No, it's actually really bad. Lowering your credit limit results in an increase in % credit utilization. This can lower your credit score anywhere from slightly to catastrophically depending on how low the limit was set.
@Star_light_34@TheCartoonBase Except they did. Very explicitly and plainly. Caine talks about how messing with minds isn't a good idea, to which Kinger brings up Scratch, causing Caine to panic.
@nightsorcery@SkydaTanuki Doesn't the one in Chinatown use different rules? I only know Riichi Mahjong, which is why I've stayed away from the Chinatown one.
@digitaldvaa I ended up not going to the 18+ AA because of that. I was actually happy when they announced it because I thought, finally they let non industry people resume selling 18+ again. But with a constantly capped line shoved into that alcove, absolutely wasn't worth it.
@MutsuGin@TheRealJTV4K60 The only time Steam pulled access to games was when EA launched origin and basically forced them to. They eventually restored access, but I think valve made it where that could never happen again.
@yggdrizzle I keep saying this. Yes, Comiket is a dense river, but it's a consistent river. AX is like a raging rapids. It's chaotic, the flow is all over and worst of all, people stop dead in their tracks to geek out. I've gotten shoulder checked more times in 5min at AX than all of Comiket
