@AmericanAir you’re quick to show your ads in order to get wi-fi. Those ads tell us how good the connection is with AT&T. I’ve been on 34 flights this year and have never had a good signal. It’s quite embarrassing and funny to watch. I can’t even do my work.

@AmericanAir How does your hub (DFW) consistently have massive delays? Also, how is there only 1 person operating air traffic control? How do you operate as an airline?

I have flown 50 flights with you this year, and 20 of them have had delays. That is an insane number.
