@labourlewis If our politicians spent what money they had from taxation they wouldn’t need the bond market. Unfortunately none of them understand money, have had a real job or know how markets work.

@FlowerdewBob There’s no money in the monthly rental payment. Mine goes onto an interest only mortgage and the rest is tax. I’m so far negative when you include start up costs and maintenance
