@forestholidays Hi Forest Holidays. Why did you offer our friends a refund who were holidaying with us at the same time, but say we can have vouchers only as your terms dont offer refunds? Let's play.... message me back..

@mjkeyes2000 @forestholidays We've had one call offering vouchers. After saying our friends had a full refund the reply was "we dont give refunds - I'll have to escalate your issues". FH give refunds. They need to keep the rules the same for all.....

@forestholidays You are sat on probably hundreds of thousands of pounds of peoples 'probably ex clients' money. You need to realise that many of these people were regular customers - but most will now never rebook with you. This is hard for us all - we, but not you, seem to be in it together.
