@ridertd Once again, Rt. 20 left 17th & Lawrence at 6:54, not 6:56. 2 minutes are vital when we need to connect on foot & by MallRide, which runs even slower now that it’s in regular street traffic. Tired of starting mornings like this and having to wait. Denver deserves better!

And don’t even get me started on the driver of the 7:20 Route 20 leaving Union Station who — when the bus was already running late — got out at 17th & Lawrence to use his phone. Another blatant disregard for our time! At this point, I should just expect it. Get your act together!

@RideRTD The only thing more insulting than cutting service is not bothering to show up after you’ve reduced the schedule. 6:37 G Line at Pecos Junction & 7:10 Route 15 at Union Station were no-shows. Unacceptable! Don’t bother responding. Even if you do, nothing ever changes!

@RideRTD I boarded while the driver argued with me. I told him too: we shouldn't be punished for the equipment not working. He could've just gone to the station, but he made everyone even later by not leaving until I got off. This was the #3 eastbound, Alameda & Lipan stop, at about 4:00.
