Think about this for a moment. Most #sporting systems around the world are mostly built on the premise that every participant can be / should be / could be / wants to be an elite #athlete!! It's like building the education system around the premise that all kindergarten students can be / should be / could be / want to be PhD level professors at University. The #Pathway Model is outdated and out of place in sport in 2023.

The salary cap, which excludes player welfare, is precisely why they are given more opportunity. Often to justify their 'guess'

@AFLDraftExpert @Snakex0x So Tom De Koning is overrated but Noah Balta is the next Tony Lockett. Scott Pendlebury is a disaster for Collingwood at Half Back. Ugle Hagen hasn't developed and Tim Emglish is terrible.
All said, as if it is fact and determinable in 4 tweets within a 12 month time frame.
